UPDATE 2-18-16

In the midst of the confusion of this hectic time of year that preceeds the processes of show preparation, I felt the need to take a momentary breather and say a few long overdue things:

First, thank you to all of the member REVIEW CRITICS who take the time to nominate and vote.  While not all of you are able to do this every time, it should be said that it is it is always appreciated.  That is the core of the XRCO, and doing this correctly, without bias, and non-politically every year gets more difficult as time goes by, but we stick to it - and do it right.  You should all be proud.

Thank you to our sponsors, whose help is badly needed to put on an entertaining event year after year.  This is not a money-maker and our goal is to break even with costs - and let me tell you, the trophies alone are not inexpensive.  So again, thanks to all of our past, present, and future sponsors.  Now is the time to contact us if you are able to help out in any capacity as a sponsor.

Thank you to all those who help with the show. Specifically, Mike Moz for helping to coordinate the event (he is a genius at keeping things organized!), Dom Acerra (Dr. X from Emmagency) whose iron fist runs the Press Room and, thanklessly, manages to separate the essential members of the press from those who incorrectly assume that, by virtue of owning a camera, they should be granted access to this private industry event. There is also Bill Margold who helps with the Hall of Fame presentations, Roger Pipe our publicist from Pipeline Multimedia, Steve Nelson who keeps things running smoothly at whatever position he assumes during the evening, and of course Jared Rutter whose past experience at many years of being co-chairman up until 2004 is invaluable and appreciated. And many others!

I'd also like to make an apology - specifically, to anyone who helps out in any capacity who may feel slighted by myself or the organization - this includes everyone - from the XRCO staff (like Dr. X in the press room) and show helpers, to the people who are nominated - and even those who are not nominated.  Even the sponsors, who all should realize that being a sponsor does not help in any way with getting a much coveted XRCO trophy.  As much as I'd like to, you can't please everyone.

We are working on the next date and location for the upcoming big 32nd annual XRCO AWARDS SHOW - keep looking here for updates!

Thanks everyone!
